公司由国际著名的计算机视觉和智能视频专家归国创办。与多伦多大学、温莎大学、武汉大学的计算机视觉与人工智能研究中心进行学术合作，在多伦多和无锡分别设立研发中心，拥有一支相关专业博士和硕士组成的强大研发团队，并在镇江，杭州，武汉，济南，深圳设有分支机构，业务范围遍布全国各地。
